Phase 1 boundary

Phase 1 proves the five-video executive pilot, app surface, production system, and operating architecture. Full RAMP production, reinforcement library, Absorb migration, and ongoing learning operations require a separate co-build agreement or Hi Skin OS Learning license. The platform and production system remain proprietary ArtMetrics IP.
